The K12 Enrollment Portal provides access to your online application to MNVA, along with real-time alerts and quick links to important info.

Once you’ve begun an application in the K12 Enrollment Portal, click the option to add a new student or continue with your application. Simply fill in the fields with your child’s information, select MNVA, and hit Submit.

In this step, you’ll provide more detailed information about your student; upload necessary documentation, such as proof of residency and a birth certificate; and fulfill any additional requirements. MNVA has some specific requirements that are important for you to note before you get started:

The Minnesota Department of Education Open Enrollment and/or Non-Resident Agreement forms will need to be completed as part of the Admissions process to ensure your student is approved for enrollment. Non-Resident Agreement Forms are required by some, but not all, Minnesota school districts. See the complete list of school districts that do not require Non-Residential Agreement forms as a condition of enrollment.
